Maintenato is job, quote and invoice management software for sole traders and very small teams (up to three people). £19/month, billed monthly, no long-term contract.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, invoices and customer data you create, and for keeping your login secure. One account is intended for one business.
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time from your account settings — no phone call, no notice period. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. Support is by email, handled directly — no ticket system, no bots.
Don't use Maintenato for anything illegal, or to store data you don't have the right to hold. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers' data at risk.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to you before they take effect.
